〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕開學在即，新華社記者發現，最近接連有浙江大學2012級新生以及家長反映，他們收到浙江電信白皮書通知，浙大的校園寬帶由中國電信獨家提供，而上網要透過動態密碼認證，目前只有中國電信智慧手機能接收動態密碼。
