親民黨提公債法版本　台中舉債可增50億

〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕五都升格後，公債法未修法放寬各縣市舉債額度，讓升格縣市概括承受原縣市所有債務，親民黨立院黨團22日召開記者會表示，公債衡量標準應由GNP改為GDP，並由48%提高為60%，總召李桐豪表示，可為台中市增加近新台幣50億元財源。
